Directions

Via the Hutchinson River Parkway

Take the Hutchinson River Parkway to Exit 27, Purchase Street. Turn North onto Purchase Street. Pass Manhattanville College on your left. Go past the traffic light at Anderson Hill Road. Continue approximately ¼  mile on Purchase Street and Purchase Estates begins on the right with Pineview Circle, followed by White Oak Circle, Country Club Drive (Fairway Drive is opposite Country Club Drive) and Magnolia Drive..

Interstate 684

Take I 684 Southbound to Exit 2 (NY 120, Westchester Airport). Turn right at the traffic light. Proceed south on Route 120 for one mile. At Purchase Street, turn left (remaining on 120) and continue one mile. Purchase Estates begins on the left side with Magnolia Drive.

From the George Washington Bridge

Take the Henry Hudson Parkway to the Cross County Parkway. Stay in the left lane on the Cross County. Turn onto the Hutchinson River Parkway. Follow directions from the Hutchinson River Parkway, above.

From Midtown Manhattan

Take the FDR Drive North. Follow signs to the Major Deegan Expressway. Stay in the left lane, over bridge bear left onto the Major Deegan. Pass Yonkers Raceway to Exit 4. Get on the Cross County, stay left and the Cross County joins the Hutchinson River Parkway. Follow directions from Hutchinson River Parkway, above.

From Connecticut

Follow the Merritt Parkway westbound to New York State, where it becomes the Hutchinson River Parkway. Take Exit #27 (Purchase Street), making a right turn onto Purchase Street at the end of the ramp. Follow Purchase Street for approximately a mile and a half as described above using the Hutchinson River Parkway.
